Since the early periods of civilization, the calming qualities of chamomile have been well known. This is a tea that I drink often. After a stressful l day of fighting the coffee wars or whatever the days battle maybe. This tea id perfect to put you in a relaxing mood making it easy to unwind and rest. This chamomile is of course caffeine and glutton free. It contains ; lemongrass chamomile, malva, marigold and rose flowers. The lemongrass add a citrus twist that gives this tea an amazing flavor.
